Do you want to learn how to maximise the benefits of urban nature all around us?

Come along to this introductory workshop that will focus on the key benefits of Forest Therapy including reducing stress levels. Introduced in Japan as Shinrin-yoku in 1983, Forest Therapy is an emerging, research-based, low-cost and effective practice for all ages, and can be practiced in our local urban environments.

Eco-shout national grassroots events calendar promotes actions, protests, film screenings, public forums, campaign training, workshops, conservation, revegetation and gatherings for environmental and social justice. Check out how much it's kicking off around the country - together we are lots! Add an event and we'll share it through social media at peak times and do our best to shout about it. Share the calendar with your grumpy mates who think there's nothing going on.
