Join Melbourne Water and platypus ecologist Josh Griffiths to sample for platypus along the Diamond Creek using environmental DNA!

Using a small sample of water, we can detect whether platypus are present in different areas of our waterways. So come along and see if they are living in your part of the river.

Meet at the Ironbark Shelter at Edendale Farm, Gastons Rd, Eltham. Please wear appropriate clothing for outdoors.

RSVP essential is as there are limited spaces. Email waterwatch@melbournewater.com.au or phone 131722.

Eco-shout national grassroots events calendar promotes actions, protests, film screenings, public forums, campaign training, workshops, conservation, revegetation and gatherings for environmental and social justice. Check out how much it's kicking off around the country - together we are lots! Add an event and we'll share it through social media at peak times and do our best to shout about it. Share the calendar with your grumpy mates who think there's nothing going on.
