Bob Brown Foundation

Friday, 7 September 2018 - 4:30pm
Loop Project Space & Bar 23, Meyers Place, Melbourne

Join the Bob Brown Foundation for a special National Threatened Species Day screening of takayna.

Patagonia's new film 'takayna' showcases the rare and threatened Tasmanian takayna / Tarkine.

Be moved by this film to see how running can help protect a forest. This film brings a story of the ancient Gondwanan rainforests through the eyes of local GP and Tarkine activist Nicole Anderson.

Tasmania’s takayna / Tarkine is the last strong hold in Tasmania for threatened species as the spot-tailed quoll, the Tasmanian Devil, Masked Owl, Tasmanian Giant Freshwater crayfish and the Tasmania wedge-tailed eagle.

Find out how you can get involved with the Bob Brown Foundation in Melbourne and takayna / Tarkine.

Limited seats - tickets available online soon.
