  • Overall, we estimate a minimum time commitment of approximately 4-5 hours a week over and above workshops and retreats; this includes: preparation for workshops, coaching, mentoring and working on a collaborative prototyping project. Total cost for the Fellowship Program to the participant is:

Full Fee: $5500 + GST
Concession Fee: $5000 + GST
(Note: This fee does not include costs for any travel required to get to retreat destinations. Concession fee applies to full time students, those not currently working, or those experiencing financial hardship and this can be discussed with CSL upon interview. Employer, scholarship or privately sponsored places will incur the full fee, and in some cases sponsors will require participants to cover up to $1000 of the fee via a personal contribution, though this is to be administered at the discretion of the employer or sponsor.)

The program’s full cost is approximately $15,000 per participant, which is subsidised by our generous sponsors/ in-kind support.

We have a limited number of scholarship options available, which are allocated based on financial need.

Participation in the Fellowship Program is competitive and subject to an application process that encourages a high degree of diversity of professional backgrounds, industry insights, learning styles, and personality types. We look for applicants who have the potential to influence change in a variety of ways, and intentionally recruit for a wide cross section of skills and experience. We look for individuals who are early to mid career in any field, though there is no age limit. Positions in the program are highly coveted so we set high expectations of our participants in order for them to get the maximum benefit out of the experience. Apply online here
