The room comes furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, and two large paintings. Unfortunately the landlord is not willing to remove any of the furniture so you would have to store/hide anything you don't want. I think the two single beds could be hidden under a queen and there is a good amount of storage cupboards to do some tetris with :)
The property is totally gorgeous - lots of mature trees, a dam, a few pockets of cottage garden... I brought through my outdoor bath from Melbourne and that's a pretty special place to be on a full moon night.
Downstairs is the open plan kitchen and living room with an open fire, the bathroom (with bath), toilet, and laundry area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms.
The room available is smallish (3x3m) with lots of storage (a built in wardrobe and cupboard, in addition to the dimensions above). It's on the SE corner of the house and gets lovely morning sun.
