Big Communal Home for growing together

I am calling for some special people to come co-create community in my gorgeous rental abode in Upper Ferntree Gully. This is a a spacious home i share with my nearly 2 year old, Zephy. it has 4-5 potential bedrooms of different sizes, the largest of which Zephy and I live in. Spaces are available now but im also willing to take my time allowing the right people to emerge. So if you resonate but not ready to move just yet please send me a message and we can talk about options. There is also the possibility of coming to stay in a furnished room for a week or so to trial compatibility.
Who we are:
Amaya, 34, (she/they) these days most of my time is devoted to nurturing the growth of my little one. In my previous life i was a designer and performer in Indie theatre/comedy and was studying be a social worker. I stlll love creative expression and find outlets in sporadic dance practices, homey projects and gardening...oh and playing, i do a lot of that.
Zephy is a very charming little person with an open and loving nature. He is bright and cheeky and transparent, and likes being outside, jumping and having cuddles.
Property and Location
Its a very special patch of land that also contains a studio wherein live with one other bohemian family, with kids 8, 11 & 14 years. We are ever working to create lush edible food landscapes and spaces for gathering and play.
We are five minutes walk from Upper Fertree Gully station and bustops, and 10 minute walk from a great independent supermarket complex.
The 1000 steps are just 1km downt the road and there is an amazing waterhole at the quarry also 1 km away.
Costs and nitty gritty:
The rent for the whole house is $510 per week which would be shared equitably depending on who is living here. This is not inclusive of bills which are roughly $20 per person per week. We would like to keep running a communal bank account for buying all food and things needed for the house which could be around $70 -$90 per person each week.
i would like to start with a 6 month lease to make sure we are a good fit. Long term rental security is possible here though as the property is owned by family.

This opportunity would potentially suit a single parent with one or two children. It could suit single people who value the company of small humans.
LBGTQIA, people from diverse backgrounds, all ages, differently abled ( though house is not wheelchair accessible) are all warmly encouraged to apply.
