This house is located on a 15 acre shared property. The landlords live next door, a beautiful family who have 3 children at the local Steiner school.
There are also chickens, one horse, and a dog on the property... as well as lots of kangaroos, diverse bird life, and the occasional echidna that can be seen out the back.
Good sized bedroom is carpeted, has large windows facing the bush side, modern ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, hydraulic heating panel, large walk in closet with drawers. Bedroom size aprox 4.5 x 4 meters (plus closet and bathroom).
Excellent thermostat controlled hydraulic heating throughout the house. Gas stove, electric oven, split system air conditioning.
This is available either as shared accommodation OR as your own private place for a short-term sublet until the end of August. Rent for taking it as shared accommodation would be $245 per week inclusive of bills. Or if you want to live here on your as a private sublet (available 9 May - 31 August), rent is $345 per week + bills.
Note there will be renovations at the landlord's house during May - August, so there will be some noise. (However it's mostly inside their house.)
I am a pianist and holistic counsellor who works primarily from home. I will be overseas during May - August. When I return I am open to the possibility of continuing a shared accommodation arrangement if it's a good fit.
