Rent: $250pw/$1083.35pcm Bond: TBC
a bit communal, extra queer friendly, has a veggie patch, chemical free

About the property
It's by far the cheapest rent anywhere in Richmond, Cremorne and Burnley area, in an absolutely tiny original 1850s cottage accommodating a MAXIMUM of only 4 people TOTAL!

Please do not inquire if you have pets, use illicit substances or drink excessive alcohol

Available to occupy from 8th August 2019

MEDIUM size room 3.5 x 3.5m ....fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, drawers, dressingtable & chair, small desk, bedside tables, lamps and blanket/storage box.
Everything is VINTAGE
Gets morning light, is lockable, wallpapered, has high ceiling and polished boards.
Rent is VERY cheap at $250pw/$1083.35 pcm for a private furnished room in a sparsely-populated house in Richmond area - as it INCLUDES many other things: Utility bills, SOME household basics (dishwashing liquid etc) and bedlinen. (Internet is NOT included, but MAY be available for an EXTRA $2.50pw/$10p mth if you don't have your own mobile data allowance, as you would be using someone else's personal account)

This room can even be used as a female TWIN-SHARE, for slightly higher rent of $370pw/$1602pcm incl Utilities etc, as there are 2 x single beds, but you have to bring your own friend (both MUST move in together at the same time).

Housemates are mature-aged (45+) quiet, studious (one of use doing a PhD), working, volunteering, politically-aware, eco-warrior, semi-veg, kitchen-wise, animal and Earth lovers, who compost, recycle, upcycle, repurpose, repair.... One male (international student) 45 and one female 45+ Fifo worker, who has a sensitivity/allergy to chillies AND alcohol and most products that contain it.
We are NOT a couple.

Eco-shout sharehousing lists notices for sharehouses and people looking to live with like minded souls who are environmentally and socially aware. They may be vegan, vegetarian, organic eaters, lovers of bikes, shunners of tv, plastic and chemicals or just nice people into their veggie patch. You can post your own notice or tell your mates about the network to spread the goodness.
