Rent: 795 Bond: 650
a bit communal, has a veggie patch, no tv

Nestled in a sleepy hollow in leafy Northeast Melbourne, the sugar gliders glade is a bush palace that supports a handful of lucky people to pursue enriching lives from peaceful tranquillity.

A stones throw from the Warrandyte state park, and walking distance to the yarra, the house is on the border of North Warrandyte & Research, surrounded by forest- with all the kangaroos one could desire.

We are looking for one human or a couple to live in the master bedroom, available from the 13/06 or earlier, which has its own walk in wardrobe, en suite and air conditioner. Currently priced at $895 for couples or $795 for singles, the bond sits at $625. A small percentage increase in the rent is likely, as a 12 month lease is about to be started.
Green thumbs are extra welcome as we have a significant vegetable garden and greenhouse.

Your housemates are 3 males between 25 & 35.
Eli- Wood carver, builder of things and musician.
Andrew- Mens work facilitator and lord of comfort.
Ian- Conservation biologist, burrito bandit & shadow puppet enthusiast.

We seek to create a home where friends laugh daily, whilst being free to pursue their passions.
Shared dinners are on the menu & play is highly encouraged.

We ask that you get in touch & tell us more about yourself, so we may invite you for a cuppa.

Eco-shout sharehousing lists notices for sharehouses and people looking to live with like minded souls who are environmentally and socially aware. They may be vegan, vegetarian, organic eaters, lovers of bikes, shunners of tv, plastic and chemicals or just nice people into their veggie patch. You can post your own notice or tell your mates about the network to spread the goodness.
