The house is in a fantastic location close to everything. Easy walking (or biking) distance. The house is very small, very old, and full of character. Garden is a wildlife refuge/jungle.
We are both adult/mature age workers/students - one male, one female (NOT a couple). Very quiet-living, n/s, n/d, no substances. Omnivores. Many diverse interests. Sociable and friendly, but basically do our own thing. We catch up over meal preparations.
Seeking eco-person who is conscious, self-reliant and adaptable..prefer working/student as this fits our current house dynamic. Hopefully you will stay 6 mths plus
