I'm in my mid 60s and have been renting here for 11 years and developing the garden as i go and reducing waste to landfill through garden composting, cooking and fermenting from scratch and buying food through co-ops. A smallish bedroom is available with one wall as built in robes (the large room has been rented out to Andrew). A great place to people to learn about growing veg & experimenting with regenerative ag /permaculture - great outdoor and indoor areas to study and relax. Near public transport. No pets at the moment, though i have permission for 1 cat. Lots of community / sustainability / food co-op connections/ sharing facebook and LETS platforms here if you want to tap into that. Also a carpeted lounge where you can stretch, dance, do yoga. I teach dance, gardening and other things. There is storage here, so you can use your own furniture, or use the set up here. I would consider reducing the rent for work exchange too. Have lots of de-cluttering in the shed to do and there is always work on the garden, spring-cleaning etc. A bonus to you is I can teach sustainable gardening and dance/ rhythm if you wish. Will try to upload some garden too. it's looking magnificent at the moment.

Eco-shout sharehousing lists notices for sharehouses and people looking to live with like minded souls who are environmentally and socially aware. They may be vegan, vegetarian, organic eaters, lovers of bikes, shunners of tv, plastic and chemicals or just nice people into their veggie patch.
